Proform Pro 2000

The Proform Pro 2000’s deck has a larger surface running area than the Sole F63. It can also handle an additional hundred pounds of weight or so more than the F63. The greater surface area and higher weight capacity of the Pro 2000 makes it the more comfortable treadmill of the two products and the one likely to be most compatible with the different sizes, build and weights of buyers.

Build Quality

These treadmills have a very good build quality. They both feature extra-long belts that provide enough room for stretching out and running. The rollers in the treadmills help to ensure the reliability of the belts.

For shock absorption purposes, the Pro 2000 is designed with Proform’s patented ProShox Cushioning while the F63 makes use of Sole’s Cushion Flex Whisper Deck.

Maximum Speed

The maximum speed limit of both treadmills is 12 miles per hour.

Folding Frame and Adjustable Incline

The Pro 2000 can be easily adjusted to a maximum upward incline of about 15% and a maximum downward decline of 3%. On the other hand, the Sole F63 only features an upward maximum decline of 15%, but no negative or downward decline. The location of these adjustment controls on the consoles makes them easily accessible and eliminates the need for users to pause during a workout routine.

The frames of both treadmills can be fully folded down to facilitate easy storage and create space for other activities.

Workout Plans

The Proform Pro 2000 comes with 32 preprogrammed workout routines ranging from muscle building to weight loss and cardiovascular exercises. Users also have the added advantage of being able to create their own workout plans and routines in addition to the ones already programmed in the Pro 2000.

The Sole F63 comes with only 10 workout programs including standard programs, cardiovascular exercises and customizable workout plans.

Display Screen

The Proform Pro 2000’s backlit LCD display screen is larger than that of the Sole F63.

Compatibility with iFit LIVE

The iFit app is a fitness technology application with lots of fitness devices and softwares. The Pro 2000 treadmill is perfectly capable of working together with the app to give you an amazing workout experience. All you have to do is to plan a Google Maps route, and the iFit app will display the terrain that’s on your screen with such clear precision it feels like you are out there instead of being on the treadmill in your home or gym. The negative incline feature of the Pro 2000 comes in quite handy here as the deck is able to moves up and down, effectively simulating the actual movement of you going up and down the hills.

Bluetooth Feature

The Sole F63 is not compatible with the iFit app. Instead, it provides a Bluetooth option which though cool does not provide an expansive range of options and fitness goals like the iFit app. With the Bluetooth compatibility of the Sole F63, users can track their workouts and place them in Sole’s fitness app.

The Proform Pro 2000 is also Bluetooth-compatible, as it connects to your tablet via Bluetooth to aid in the iFit experience.

Console Area

The Proform Pro 2000 has a fully loaded console that offers a cooling fan with multiple speeds, a large tray for accessories under the console, spacious holders for water bottles and even a holder for your tablet to be placed above the console.

While the Proform’s console looks fun and exciting, the Sole F63 has a more advanced console design containing roughly the same features as that of the Proform Pro 2000. However, the Sole F63 does not have the tablet holder.

Convenient Features

Both treadmills come with a host of convenient features such as an EKG heart rate monitor with dual pulse grips coupled with a polar wireless chest strap for easy hands-free heart rate monitoring. There is also an in-built audio center located on the console of both treadmills which comprises of quality sound speakers and is also compatible with your iPod.

Motor Power

The Proform Pro 2000 is designed with a more powerful motor than the Sole F63.

Warranty

The motors and frames of both treadmills come with a lifetime warranty. The remaining parts of the Proform Pro 2000 have a warranty period of 5 years while that of the Sole F63 is just 3 years. While Proform gives users a 2-year warranty on labor, the F63 offers users a 1-year warranty on labor.
